If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the product is defective or has arrived not as described. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind. For defective products or incorrect orders or delivery on our behalf, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return (Please send a photo of the item to email@example.com, and keep the original packaging so you can easily repack for return shipping). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item. If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
Custom and Made to Order pieces
For all custom and made to order pieces, once payment is made this will act as a binding agreement surrounding the specifications of your order as well as an acknowledgement that no refunds or returns can be made.
