Refund policy

Refunds or exchanges are only available if your product is defective, damaged, or you happen to receive the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have any concerns so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that some spots on linen are a feature of the fabric. As each plaster lamp is handmade, some air bubbles and hairline cracks (whilst minimal) are part of the plaster's beautiful patina, which we encourage you to embrace!
